Many people in Africa(mainly Nigeria) still believe it's better not to talk about pre-eclampsia and it's rather unfortunate that the mortality rate here is increasing by the day! I lost my wife to eclampsia and I'm really hoping we could get women more aware and doctors could just let down their ego!
